Thanks to the collaboration with DiDStudio, the Greek-Swiss choreographer Ioannis Mandafounis is back to Milan. After working for the Göteborg Ballet and the Nederlands Dans Theater, two of the greatest dance companies in Europe, he joined the Forsythe Dance Company and, after collaborating with it for a few years, left it to keep on producing his own projects, featured in the most important European theatres and festivals, such as Kunstenfestivaldesarts and Rencontres Choreographiques. In One One One, the performer’s dance on stage addresses directly the audience, searching for a dialogue and an emotional relationship with the viewers that break the classic rules of theatrical practice and take them to a more real and interpersonal dimension.
